Yoimaru LLC is an IT venture company that supports DX promotion for companies and local governments under the vision of “Realizing Local Creation through the Power of IT.”
With PMO support as our core service, we work to improve project success rates and enhance business operations through operations design based on ITIL/ITSM and ServiceNow implementation support.
For this position, we are seeking someone who can take on a dual role: supporting projects across the organization as a PMO Consultant, while also serving as an Operations Design Consultant based on ITIL principles.
Role Description
- Support for project planning, including WBS creation, team structure design, and schedule development
- Design and operation of progress, issue, risk, and quality management processes
- Visualization of project status and preparation of reports for management and stakeholders
- Coordination among related departments and vendors, as well as support for decision-making
- Development and improvement of project management processes, including PMO rules and standards
In addition, you will be involved in the design and improvement of ITIL-based operations such as incident management, change management, and configuration management, as well as support for the implementation and effective use of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Depending on the project, you may also participate as a user-side PMO, serving as a bridge between business departments and IT departments. You may also have opportunities to support initiatives related to business efficiency improvement and operational enhancement using generative AI.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with at least one year of practical IT experience in an information systems department, SIer/SES company, or as an IT freelancer
- Candidates with practical experience in PMO work, such as WBS management, progress management, issue/risk management, and report preparation
Candidates who understand project management principles and can view the project as a whole
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Project Manager Examination (IPA)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PMC / PMS (PMO-related certification)
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- Experience using or implementing ServiceNow
We also welcome candidates who find fulfillment in moving projects forward through business process organization and stakeholder coordination, who can flexibly work in both remote and in-person environments, and who are willing to proactively adopt new methods and tools, including AI.
We would be excited to work with candidates who want to deepen their expertise as a hands-on PMO who keeps projects moving, and who aim to become a Senior PMO or PMO Lead in the future, as we create valuable projects together.
