About Yoimaru
Yoimaru LLC is a startup working toward “Realizing Local Creation through the Power of IT.”
For us, Local Creation means enabling local communities and companies to create new value through their own strengths.
By using the power of IT, we aim to build a society where local communities and organizations can grow more freely and independently.
As part of this mission, we are currently planning and developing new services powered by AI technology. We would like interns to join us and take on real challenges in the actual process of launching these services.
What kind of internship is this?
In this internship, you can be involved in the real early-stage launch process, from coming up with ideas to creating mockups, conducting research, and supporting sales activities.
Even if you are interested in AI but are not aiming for a technical role, you are very welcome. There are many ways to contribute, including planning, design, research, and support tasks, regardless of whether your background is humanities or science.
Responsibilities
You can take on the following types of work depending on your interests and strengths.
① Planning and Design Support
Brainstorming ideas and features for AI services together
Creating slides and proposal materials
Researching competitor services and industry trends
Creating mockups using tools such as Figma, Canva, Uizard, and Rotato
Joining team meetings and preparing meeting minutes
②Development Support
Organizing and formatting past data, such as tables and CSV files
Assisting with AI prompt creation, test execution, and result recording
Reviewing output results and summarizing improvement suggestions
Supporting the creation of manuals and user guides
Conducting simple research related to service improvement
※No worries if you have limited development experience. We will start by assigning simple tasks.
③Sales and Public Relations Support
Assisting with the creation of sales talk scripts and interview questions, including the use of AI tools such as GPT, Gemini, and Claude
Creating drafts of proposal materials, including PowerPoint and text-based documents
Organizing and entering prospective customer lists using spreadsheets
Preparing meeting minutes and summaries of business discussions
Creating notes on customer needs and challenges
Supporting the review and testing of improvement ideas using AI
Required Skills
No special skills are required.
Even if you have no experience, it is enough if you are willing to try while learning and researching along the way.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience using Figma, Canva, WordPress, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies for those interested in development support
- Experience using or interest in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Experience posting content on social media, note, or similar platforms

- Can proactively work on unfamiliar tasks while researching and learning
- Can carefully handle steady, detailed tasks
- Are good at, or interested in, putting observations into words and making suggestions
How to Apply
| Salary | JPY 1,200–1,400 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience Transportation expenses provided |
